In the context of daily and continuous follow-up to the work of exams at Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, an inspection tour of the work of exams in the Faculty of Computers and Information, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Nagwa Badr, Dean of the Faculty and Prof. Hala Mushir, Vice-Dean for Education and Student Affairs, where final-year students continue their exams at the college for the fourth consecutive day.
During his tour, Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud is among the students for the ease of their entry and exit from the committees. He also praised the discipline in applying all preventive and precautionary measures throughout the exam time period with the presence of a medical staff at the highest level inside the college divided on two teams, one of which is constantly going through the committees throughout the exam period to check on safety Students and others inside the clinic to receive any cases that may need medical attention.
This is with the presence of a medical team at the highest level of the General Administration of Medical Care under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Hindawi, Director of the General Administration of Medical Care.
Prof. Dr. Nagwa Badr stated that the total number of students taking final exams is 750 students distributed over 35 committees with 3 periods, indicating that 3 tracks were provided for the entry and exit of students, along with an entrance for faculty members, with the presence of crews of administrators and administrative security to guide Students can easily reach their exam committees while maintaining safe distances.
The temperature is measured for students, and antiseptics are provided for direct use before entering the committees.
