The program of developing the administrative capacity of the expatriate units at Ain Shams University was launched under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Abdul Wahab Ezzat, President of Ain Shams University, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research and General Supervision of Mr. Samir Abdel Nasser, Secretary General of the University and the supervision of Mr. Karam Hegazy Assistant Secretary of Graduate Studies and Research and the implementation of Dr. Abdul Aziz Mahmoud Director of the Unit for the care of international students.
Prof. Dr. Abdel Nasser Sengab confirmed in his speech at the aim of the program is to support and develop the capacity of the administrative system in the expatriate care units. The program is a qualitative leap through the latest administrative, psychological and technological concepts and to reach out to the expatriates to raise the global classification of the university.
The program consists of 13 training courses with a total of 52 hours of training including 34 theoretical hours and 18 practical hours. The training includes stress management skills, time management, effective communication, priority skills, decision making, persuasion, negotiation, leadership skills, successful thinking, dealing with personalities, crisis management and others.
The training activities continue for seven days, one day a week.
