Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University, inspected the exams for the end of the second semester 2020/2021 for graduate students in the credit hour system, which started on Tuesday and continues until Wednesday, June 30, 2021
He was accompanied during his inspection tour by Prof. Dr. Sherine Mazloum, Vice Dean of Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, and a number of sector officials.
During his tour, the dean of the faculty met with a number of students and had quick dialogues with them to get their opinions about the exams and their compatibility with the courses.
The Dean of the Faculty emphasized his emphasis on providing all means to achieve the greatest degree of sterilization and disinfection of the committees between examination periods, stressing that all members of the examination process wear the muzzle and the readiness of the medical center, and making sure that the committees are ventilated as well as the control rooms.
And the “Dean of the Faculty” confirmed that in the case of suspected or infection with the Corona virus, God forbid, apologies will be accepted and the student’s assessment will not be affected when he takes the exam in the future.
For her part, Prof. Dr. Sherine Mazloum, Vice Dean of Graduate Studies, confirmed that a runway (A) has been allocated to examination committees, taking into account that 575 students are filled with half of its absorptive capacity.
Mazloum indicated that the exams are held in two shifts, from 9:11 in the morning and from 12:2 in the afternoon, an hour apart between the two periods, during which the examination hall is sterilized.
