The “Central Families” youth cohort in Egyptian universities graduated from the Institute for Leadership Development

Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, received a report submitted by Dr. Karim Hammam, Director of Leadership Development Institute, about the activities of the Central Student Families Forum in Egyptian universities (the General Leaders Preparation Program), which was held during the period from 8 to 12 August.

The report indicated that the student training program included many lectures and workshops on Egyptian and Arab national security, renewal of religious discourse, effective negotiation, persuasion, character preparation, preparation of the commander in chief and modern leadership theories, by 15 lecturers and professional trainers through an intensive training program.

The report included holding of several seminars, which were carried out by the students participating in the training themselves, which aimed to present their vision, ideas and ambitions for the development of the Leadership Development Institute. To keep abreast of the various developments and changes, they demonstrated through these seminars the extent of their love for their country and the clarity and maturity of their full awareness of the unprecedented efforts made by the political leadership to advance the country.

On his part, Dr. Karim Hammam said that the participating students were directed to envision the closing ceremony of the training program and implement it themselves, to assure them that they have become leaders capable of bearing responsibility and self-reliance.
