The Department of Communication and Media Sciences at the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University, won 3 awards in the media creativity competition dedicated to graduation projects for students of media faculties, departments and institutes in Egyptian public and private universities, organized by the Media and Digital Transformation Foundation, under the auspices of journalist writer Abdel Gawad Abu Kab, Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
Where the Department of Communication and Media Sciences participated in a number of graduation projects at the level of "Radio and Television, Press, Public Relations and Advertising" in the Media Creativity Competition, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty of Arts.
Prof. Dr. Heba Shaheen, Head of the Department of Communication and Media Sciences at the Faculty of Arts, explained that the department won 3 awards: The two magazines of the Press Division won the Special Creativity Award, the "The Great Night" magazine, under the supervision of Prof. Nesma Mohamed, the assistant teacher in the department, and the magazine "Vatrina" under the supervision of Prof. Heba Tahtawy teaching assistant in the department.
The movie "Olip" also won second place at the level of cinema projects, and the film under the supervision of A. Sarah Mohamed, assistant teacher in the department.
The radio program "War of Ghosts" won first place at the level of radio projects, and the program under the supervision of Ms. Mai Zayed, assistant teacher in the department.
