Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University, begins vaccinating its students

The Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University began vaccinating students of the departments of libraries, drama and theater criticism, English and French, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Samia Abdo, Deputy Director of University Hospitals and Director of the Infection Control Unit.

         
   
         

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the faculty, praised the efforts of the university administration in providing the Corona virus vaccine to faculty students in order to preserve their health, explaining that all faculty students will be vaccinated before the beginning of the new academic year.

Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel explained that the vaccination of new students was started in conjunction with the signing of the medical examination on them, adding that the fourth, sixth and eighth levels of these departments, which number about 400 students, will be vaccinated throughout the day, noting that the concerned students were alerted through the Faculty of Arts page on the obligation to vaccinate in the interest of their health, indicating that the rest of the departments will be announced successively, with the selection of departments with appropriate numbers daily until next Thursday.
