Prof. Dr. Eman Mounir explained that the diabetes clinic was established in 1979 and provides its services to more than 10,000 children and adolescents diagnosed with diabetes annually.
She added that the number of people infected with this disease is constantly increasing, and we can call it the disease of the age, and it affects the productivity of today's children and the youth of the future, and costs the state billions of pounds to treat it.
