The protocol includes collaboration with Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals in London, part of Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation Trust, in the field of cardiac surgery services, particularly aortic surgery, clinical care system development, education and research excellence to allow for exceptional and sustainable service in university hospitals.
