The launch of the sports league for the faculties of Ain Shams University

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, the Education and Student sector, headed by Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President of the University, organized the sports league for of faculties in table tennis, swimming, athletics, arm wrestling, fitness and a marathon festival, which are held in playgrounds and gymnasiums in various faculties of the university.

         
   
         

The speedball competition, which was held over two days, resulted in the student Adel Shafiq in the Faculty of Engineering winning the first rank, and the student Yahya Khaled in the Faculty of Engineering winning the second rank, and the student Karim Ihab in the Faculty of Medicine winning the third rank.

As for the results of the speedball competition for female students, the student Amira Amjad in the Faculty of Dentistry won the first rank, the student Donia Sameh in the College of Engineering won the second rank, and the student Aya Nabil in the Faculty of Al-Alsun won the third rank.

As for the swimming competition, which was held in the swimming pool of the Faculty of Women, the results of the 50-meter race resulted in the victory of Karim Hussein Attia in the Faculty of Al-Alsun, won the first rank, the second rank was won by Mohamed Abdo Mohamed from the Faculty of Business, and in the third rank was won by Mohamed Mustafa Mohamed, from the Faculty of Computers and Information Sciences.

In the 100 meter freestyle race, the student Saif Tarik Raslan from the Faculty of Business won the first rank, the student Ahmed Khaled Yousry from the Faculty of Engineering won the second rank, and the third rank was won by student Nour Gamal Abdel Nasser from the Faculty of Law.

As for the 200 meter freestyle race, the student Ahmed Khaled Yousry from the Faculty of Engineering won the first rank, the student Ahmed Alaa El-Din Mohamed from the Faculty of Medicine won the second rank, and the student Youssef Khaled Salah from the Faculty of Computers and Information Sciences won the third rank.

As for the 50 meter butterfly race, the student Karim Hussein Attia, from the Faculty of Al-Alsun, won the first rank, the student Mohammad Abdo Mohammad from the Faculty of Business won the second rank, and the third rank was won by the student Marwan Tamer Salama, from the Faculty of Dentistry.

In the 50 meter breaststroke race, student Mohammad Ashraf Al-Ajmi from Faculty of Business won the first rank, the student Marwan Sobhi Muhammad from the Faculty of Al-Alsun won the second rank, and Ali Alaa Al-Din Muhammad from the Faculty of Al-Alsun won the third rank.

In the 100 meter breaststroke race, the student Muhammad Ashraf Al-Ajmi in the Faculty of Business won the first rank, the student Marwan Sobhi Mohammad from the Faculty of Al-Alsun won the second rank, and the student Ali Alaa Al-Din Mohammad from the Faculty of Al-Alsun won the third rank.

In the 100 meter backstroke race, the student Mustafa Abdo Mohammad won the first rank from the Faculty of Law, the student Muhammad Magdy Al-Metwally from the Faculty of Medicine won the second rank, and the third place was won by the student Ahmed Alaa Al-Din Muhammad, from the Faculty of Medicine.

In the 50 meter backstroke race, the student Seif Tarik Raslan from the Faculty of Business won the first place, the student Mustafa Abdo Mohammad from the Faculty of Law won the second place, and the third place student was Muhammad Mustafa Muhammad from the Faculty of Computers and Information Sciences.

As for the female students’ swimming race, which was held on the swimming pool of the Faculty of Women, the results of the 50-meter freestyle race resulted in the winning of the student Farah Tariq from the Faculty of Business in the first rank, the second rank was won by the student Nouran Jamal Al-Din Al-Sayed from the Faculty of Medicine, and the third place was won by the student Fayrouz Ahmed Badawi from the Faculty of Business.

As for the 100 meter freestyle race, student Farah Tariq Khattab from Faculty of Business, won first rank, Natalie Medhat Suleiman from the Faculty of Dentistry, won second rank, and Nouran Jamal El-Din Al-Sayed from the Faculty of Medicine won third rank.

As for the 50 meter backstroke, the student Joanna Youssef Yahya from the Faculty of Business won the first rank, the student Amal Hamdi Al-Sayed from the Faculty of Al-Alsun won the second rank, and Natalie Medhat Suleiman from the Faculty of Dentistry won the third rank.

In the 50 meter breaststroke race, the student Amal Hamdi Al-Sayed from the Faculty of Al-Alsun won the first rank, the student Joanna Youssef Yahya from the Faculty of Business won the second rank, and the third place was won by the student Fayrouz Ahmed Al-Badri from the Faculty of Business.

This was done under the supervision of Mr. Mohammad Al-Khatib, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and Mr. Muhammad El-Sharkawy, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, and Mr. Mohamed Hassan, Director of Sports Activity Department, and MS Fatima Khalifa, the tournament director. The tournament will continue throughout the first semester.
