The Faculty of Archeology holds its crisis and disaster management meeting in preparation for exams

The meeting of the Crisis and Disaster Management Committee was held at the Faculty of Archeology, Ain Shams University, in preparation for the end of the first semester exams 2021/2022, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Mamdouh El-Damaty, Dean of the Faculty.

The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Shoki, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, Acting Vice-Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Marwa Ragai, Director of the Crisis and Disaster Unit, and members of the Committee for Crisis Management.

   
   

Ahmed Al-Shouki stressed the provision of all the largest amount of insurance, sterilization, and disinfection to the committees between examination periods, stressing that all members of the examination process wear the muzzle, and making sure that the committees and control rooms are ventilated.

The Vice Dean added that the committee has finished preparing and approving the guiding plan for faculty members and students to deal with the examinations and control committee and printing the necessary guiding posters for guidance and counseling for students.

The meeting was attended by Hossam Hosni, Secretary of the Faculty, Tamer Al-Assal, Head of the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit, and Dr. Rania Zaidan, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty, Abdul Rahman Abdel Rahim, responsible for the community service and environmental development affairs sector, and responsible for public relations and media in the faculty.
