Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the university is preparing for the first semester exams.
Where Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ragaa Mohamed Al-Sutohi, Dean of the Faculty of Science at Ain Shams University, said that the college is ready to hold the final exams for the first semester of the academic year 2021/2022.
It is worth noting that the faculty contains about 5,000 male and female students in more than 30 different study programs, in addition to 4 new programs, and that the examination marathon will start from January 9 to February 3, 2022, and the examination periods have been divided into two time periods per day. Over the course of three days a week for each academic level and alternately so that there is no crowding or accumulation between students during entry and exit from the committees, and that the college has reduced the number of students inside the examination committees to prevent student density, in the context of ensuring the application of the rules of social distancing between our students.
The faculty administration periodically sterilizes and disinfects the committees before and after each exam, and the faculty also stressed the need for everyone to commit to receiving the corona vaccine with the imperative to wear masks for all workers, observers, and students to avoid any infections with the corona virus, and the college also measures the temperature of students before entering the committees with the provision of disinfectants before the committees.
