Launching a number of training courses to qualify to participate in the opening of literacy classes at the Faculty of Girls

The Faculty of Girls, Ain Shams University launches a series of training courses to qualify female students of the faculty to participate in the national literacy project, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University and Prof. Dr. Hisham Temraz, Vice President of Community Service and Environmental Development, under the supervision and follow-up of Prof. Dr. Amira Ahmed Youssef Dean of the Faculty and Prof. Dr. Heba Barakat, Vice Dean of Community Affairs and Environmental Development, and with the fruitful participation of the National Literacy Project Support Unit at the Faculty and the Adult Education Center at Ain Shams University.

Prof. Dr. Amira Youssef confirmed that the holding of these courses comes out of love, loyalty and belonging to our dear Egypt and its merit in all that is best, which always begins with education, and a belief in the role of universities in solving societal problems, especially the problem of illiteracy, which represents an obstacle on the way to our new Egypt, and in continuation of the pioneering role of Ain Shams University ( Winner of the Confucius Prize 2021) in actively contributing to solving the problem of illiteracy with all its human and intellectual capital and distinguished cadres

Prof. Dr. Amira Youssef clarified that the activities of these courses start from Saturday, February 12, 2022, until Thursday, February 17, so that this is an investment in the energies of the students during the mid-year vacation, and their assistance in speedy engagement with the project and achieving its goals. So that they can open literacy classes at the nearest next session.

This is in addition to the faculty providing the necessary written tools for the illiterate, as they are handed over to each student as soon as she opens the literacy class according to the number entrusted to her to eradicate his illiteracy as a distinct contribution to the Faculty of Girls in participating in the national literacy project to be in an optimal manner that suits her and Ain Shams University with the same history ancient.
