Stress Management and Self-Realization... A seminar at the Faculty of Girls

The Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Sector at the Faculty of Girls, Ain Shams University, in cooperation with the Department of Zoology, organized a symposium entitled (Stress Management and Self-Realization).

This was done under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University and Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty and Prof. Dr. Heba Barakat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, was attended by a number of faculty staff and the teaching assistants, as well as a large number of female students, and amid the commitment of all attendees to the precautionary measures announced by the college, specifically the Crisis and Disasters Unit.

         
   
         

Prof. Dr. Walaa Ahmed Mustafa, Professor of Physiology, Department of Zoology at the faculty, and certified trainer at Ain Shams University spoke at the symposium. The students knew about everything related to the self, and the types of pressures. The talk also touched on the life of girls and women and how to get rid of stress. The symposium was provided with pictures and explanatory videos.
