The Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University hosted the second workshop held by the university’s employment center, in preparation for the employment forum organized by Ain Shams University on March 19 next under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Ayman Farid, director of the employment center at the university, and a lecture by Mr. Ahmed Salah, the vocational education guide at the center, in the presence of a large number of Faculty students.
During her opening speech, Prof. Dr. Yomna Safwat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, said that the labor market is witnessing a great development today in terms of technical and educational requirements, as well as students' personal experiences. She added that the labor market welcomes graduate of Faculty of Al-Alsun, where they can occupy a lot of diverse jobs in various fields. In this context, Faculty of Al-Alsun is working with its full capacity to prepare a distinguished graduate and to meet the needs of the labor market.
She explained that the administration of Ain Shams University, through the Career Center, organizes the annual employment forum in the presence of the largest possible number of local and international companies to provide the largest possible opportunities for work for graduates and training for students, as well as to identify the latest requirements of companies and the business sector, and provide them to prepare graduates at the required level.
During the workshop, Mr. Ahmed Salah, the vocational education guide at the center, talked about how to prepare for the employment forum to make the most of the event, and how to write a CV.
