A symposium entitled the Russian-Ukrainian crisis and its effects on Egypt and the Middle East, at the Middle East Research Center

The Middle East Research and Future Studies Center at Ain Shams University will hold, within the framework of the center’s cultural season for the academic year 2021/2022, a symposium entitled “The Russian-Ukrainian crisis and its effects on Egypt and the Middle East” on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at eleven o’clock in the conference hall At the center, under Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development and Chairman of the Center’s Board of Directors, and Prof. Dr. Ashraf Mounes, Director of the Center.

The symposium will be moderated by Prof. Dr. Ashraf Mounis, in which H.E. Ambassador/ Mohamed Al-Orabi, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Ambassador/ Alaa Al-Hadidi, the former ambassador of Egypt to Russia, Prof. Dr./ Tarek Fahmy Mohamed, Professor of Political Science at Cairo University, and Dr./ Eid Rashad, Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Business, Ain University Sun.
