Captain pilot Walid Murad delivers a seminar at the Faculty of Business under the title “A story of Struggle and Ambition”

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Khaled Kadri, Dean of the Faculty of Business, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Abdel-Alim, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Hiam Wahba, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Shaheen, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, organized the Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Sector at the Faculty, a symposium for Captain Walid Murad, entitled (The Story of Struggle and Ambition), and he is (a graduate of the Faculty of Business, Ain Shams University in 1984 ) and dazzled the world when he landed an Egypt Air plane at Heathrow Airport in London amid the storm and raised the name of Egypt high.

         
   
         

Captain Walid Murad held several positions, including: President of the Egyptian Airlines Pilots Association, Director General of Ground Training, Chief Pilot of Airbus 600, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Air Cargo, Member of the General Assembly of the Airlines, Member of the Board of Directors of EgyptAir Air Cargo, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aerosport Affiliated to the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Aviation Sports Club for 14 years.

The symposium received a great turnout from the faculty and staff of the faculty, and a large crowd of students from different teams and people were keen to attend the symposium and interacted with it with distinctive questions that revolved around the title of the symposium and how to achieve the dream. And presenting a successful and honorable role model for the faculty students. At the end of the seminar, Prof. Dr. Khaled Kadri, the Dean of the Faculty, honored the pilot, Captain Walid Murad, with the faculty shield, in appreciation of the faculty for its distinguished and successful sons.
