Ain Shams University teams continue to harvest the first places in the 49th Egyptian Universities Tournament, Al-Shahid Rifai, where the female judo team won a gold, two silver and two bronze medals, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the student Habiba Ayman Fawzy won the first place and a gold medal in the weight 63 kg and won the second place and a silver medal by the student Alaa Nasser in weight 57 kg and also won the second place and a silver medal by the student Aisha Mahmoud Ahmed in the weight of 70 K
The third place and bronze medal was won by Nada Ashraf Abdel Karim, third place and a bronze medal by the student Sarah Ashraf Abdel Hamid, weighing 78 kg.
The championship activities and the participation of Ain Shams University teams will continue under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tamer Rady, Advisor to the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Mr. Muhammad Al-Khatib, Assistant Secretary for Education and Student Affairs, Mr. Muhammad Al-Sharqawi, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare and Mr. Mohamed Hassan, Director of the Sports Activity Department, supervised by Fatima Khalifa Mohamed Ali, the female student team, and coached by Captain Ahmed Mohamed Ibrahim Khalifa.
