Faculty of Computers wins the first place in the international programming competition ECPC

The team of the Faculty of Computers and Information Sciences at Ain Shams University won the first place in the international programming competition ECPC held on Saturday, October 21 at the Maritime Academy in Alexandria.

The Faculty won the first place at the level of Egyptian universities for programming superior to 200 teams from different universities in Egypt. The Faculty participated by 16 teams of representatives of the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences. Three teams qualified to represent Ain Shams University in the Arab competition to be held next month in Sharm El-Sheikh, which is the final stage of the competition for the world's oldest programming in the world, which will be held in Portugal next year.

Prof. Dr. Nagwa Badr, Dean of the Faculty, said that the organizers of the Arab competition in recognition of their efforts and competitiveness honored the students.
