On the occasion of the celebration of World Environment Day, Ain Shams University is organizing a series of events and seminars in cooperation between the faculties of graduate studies and environmental research, girls, engineering and agriculture, and in partnership with the Federation of Industries, the volunteer team for humanitarian action, the Specific Union of Climate Institutions and NGOs, and a selection of specialists and experts from Spain in the field of revolving economy From today, Sunday, 29/5/2022 until Thursday, 2/6/2022, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs.
The week's events include a number of joint seminars and workshops in several faculties of the university, meetings with a group of Spanish experts to discuss "the circular economy and digital transformation", a panel discussion on the quality of life, the goal of the National Strategy 2050, in addition to a workshop on the reuse of gray water.
While the seminar will discuss important and diverse environmental topics, especially climate change, carbon footprint, green future, global warming and its impact on agriculture, Eco cinema and addressing climate change, global warming and the green future, in addition to the transition to a green economy.
