Today, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Galal, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, inspected the examination panels for the second semester of the academic year 2021-2022, following the progress of the examination process, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, accompanied His Excellency during the tour Prof. Dr. Hesham Mohsen Al-Hariri, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Walaa Abdul-Ghani Al-Sayed, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, Prof. Dr. Nabil Al-Madani, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.
It is worth noting that the exams start on the sixth of June and continue until the twenty-ninth of this June, and are held in three periods, with an average number of approximately 1,700 students per period.
Prof. Dr. Ahmed Galal, the dean of the faculty, stressed on a number of procedures to be followed, namely, attendance half an hour before the start of the exam, with the obligation to wear a mask, the obligation to bring proof of identity verification (faculty card - national number card) to allow entry to the faculty and take the exam, and to show the student’s identity verification if requested to do so, Commitment to social distancing while in the outer square in front of the faculty entrance or inside the faculty and implementing the instructions regulating this matter, adhering to the instructions and directions for the path of access to the exam committee and also when leaving and student gatherings are not allowed at all inside the faculty, daily access to the faculty website to find out the location of the exam committee For each exam, the obligation to bring all stationery (pencil - ballpoint pen - eraser - calculator ... etc.), and personal tools (paper tissues - sterilizing alcohol - mask ... etc.), mobile phone is not allowed inside the halls The exam, adherence to the instructions of the exam committee chairman throughout the exam period, not attempting to cheat (audio-visual), and not taking any action that would disturb the order inside or outside the exam committee.
