It is one of the most important features and basic characteristics of the Que System:

- The system is equipped to work without the need for any automated built in software

- Call screens work alone and do not need computers to work with them

- The system does not need any controllers or additional operating units.

- The call screens keep the last dialed number when the power is cut off, to start from this number after the power is restored.

- The call is made by the customer number and the counter

- The calling unit of each employee can be programmed so that it participates with one or more other employees in performing the same service, and the screen for this employee works to receive numbers from another employee, which allows the distribution of services that are frequently repeated and prevents crowding in the place.

- The calling units of each employee are linked to the system and the printer and do not perform the recall work in the event that the printer stops printing numbers due to the absence of customers (only in the case of choosing Online Printer Model TP - B).

- Full Numerical Recall Units each employee has a small screen showing the same number on the screen above.

- The ticket is printed with the number, date, time, type of service provided, the name of the place and any other data that needs to be added. ‎

- The main screen displays the ticket number of the customer who has been called and the number of the window or the employee to whom he is heading.

- Full Numerical Calling Units Each employee has numbers from zero to 9 for the ability to write a specific number and call it without waiting and without affecting the sequence of other numbers, then the employee presses the button for calling the next number.

- The paging units of each employee can be used to operate wirelessly instead of wired by using a wireless transmission unit.

- The system was specially made in Egypt, allowing the possibility of making any modifications when needed

- Full Numerical call units each employee has a Recall button for the ability to call back the last number.
