The Faculty of Girls, Ain Shams University, organized training courses for female students for literacy training, under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, and Prof. Dr. Amira Ahmed Youssef, Dean of the Faculty, who started the training, and was keen to follow it and attend it, and educate the students about the importance of this national project and its returns to the student, society and the country as a whole
The dean of the faculty distributed the written tools that the faculty provided as a distinct contribution to the Faculty of Girls in the national project to eradicate illiteracy, in order to reduce the financial burdens on the students, Prof. Dr. Heba Adel Barakat, Vice Dean of Community Service and Environmental Development, also participated in her distinguished attendance and direct and accurate follow-up to these courses.
The series of training courses in preparing a literacy teacher represented the culmination of the fruitful cooperation between the Adult Education Center at Ain Shams University, led by Dr. Islam Mohamed Al-Saeed, Director of the Adult Education Center, and the Unit for Supporting the National Literacy Project at the Faculty of Girls led by Dr. Hana Hussein, director of the unit, the training courses were not able to bear fruit and achieve their goals except by the elite of the creative trainers from the faculty members of the Women’s College, which are: Dr. Manar Al-Sawah, Dr. Manal Al-Rifai, Dr. Lamia Khairi, Dr. Samar Sami, Dr. Intisar Saad, and the harmony is integrated with the commitment of our hardworking, innovative students who always set an example in solving the problem of illiteracy.
