With the launch of the cultural season activities of the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University for the academic year 2022/2023, and under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hazem Rashid, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Safaa Shehata, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Alaa El-Din Abdel Halim, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, the Department of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies at the Faculty organized a symposium to celebrate the Prophet's birthday.
The seminar was hosted by Prof. Dr. Gad Al-Rub Amin, former Dean of the Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies at Al-Azhar University, who spoke about His Eminence the Messenger, PBUH, in his dealings with non-Muslims and his approach to da’wah.
The symposium was also hosted by Prof. Dr. Awad Ismail Abdullah, the former dean of the Faculty of Islamic and Arabic Studies at Al-Azhar University, who spoke in his speech about the positivity of the Messenger, PBUH , and lessons from his fragrant biography.
The symposium was also hosted by Prof. Dr.Amal Shams El-Din, professor of sociology at the faculty, who spoke about the role of the Messenger, PBUH, in building society. Dr. Alaa El Din Abdel Halim, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Hassan Abdel-Maqsoud, Head of the Department of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies at the Faculty, moderated the symposium and presented it by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Al-Taher, assistant professor of linguistics at the faculty.
