Introductory meeting of the Turkish language department for the current year

The Turkish Language Department at the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University, held the introductory meeting for the year 2022/2023, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun and Prof. Dr. Nasser Abdel Aal, Vice Dean for Education and Students, and Prof. Dr. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean for Community and Environmental Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Heba Salah, Head of the Department, sponsored and prepared by Dr. Mohamed Abdel Ghani, and in the presence of Dr. Imad El Din Abdel Rahman, d. Muhammad Yahya, Dr. Nahed Abdel Mohsen, and a group of Faculty staff in the department, in the presence of different teams, starting from the first to the fourth, in addition to the department's graduates who worked in translation.

The introductory meeting began with the national peace, then the reading of the Noble Qur’an, followed by a brief presentation of the history of the Faculty and the history of the department and its distinguished heads, and this was followed by a talk about methods of teaching, learning and student guidance within the department, and quality and definition, then the fields of work that the department qualifies its graduates for.

Some graduates of the department working in the field of translation also spoke about their experiences in this field, and the rights and duties of the student were mentioned, and the students were informed about the files of literacy and field training and their importance on a personal level, in addition to the participation of the department’s members in the Students’ Union, their colleagues in encouraging them and urging them to participate in the activities different students in the Faculty.

The meeting ended with honoring all the students participating in the various events with certificates of appreciation, to encourage them for their important role.
