The Training Unit at the Faculty of Specific Education held a workshop in the discussion hall of the faculty, under the title (Printing Methods), sponsored by Prof. Dr. Osama El-Sayed Mostafa, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Farag, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, under the supervision of Dr. Abdul Rahman Shawky, Director of the Training and Skills Development Unit.
During the workshop, Dr. Noha Mohsen, a textile printing teacher at the Department of Art Education, gave a lecture with the assistance of a professor. Sarah Mahmoud and the workshop began in the discussion hall with a theoretical lecture in which Dr. Noha reviewed the method of marbling printing - the art of embroidering to create a variety of surface effects with different tools by drawing colorants on the surface of the water. The marbling method is characterized by spontaneity and fluency in moving the dyes, which result in distinctive shapes that enrich the print work. Marbling immunity includes all natural and manufactured materials in their various forms. Then the students were taken to the hall behind the stage to implement the applied part, in which they created wonderful printing works.
