Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, on behalf of Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, delivered gifts to the winners during the symposium organized by Ain Shams University entitled "Digital Egypt ... Transformation into an Integrated Digital Society" at El-Mahlawy Auditorium, Faculty of Medicine; During which it hosted the Minister of Communications, in the presence of more than 500 male and female students from Ain Shams University.
During the symposium, Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, asked the attendees a number of questions related to technological developments, digital applications and social networking sites. The minister announced that the student who answers correctly will get a mobile phone.
Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, handed over gifts to the winners, in the presence of Prof. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting as Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development. There are five winners:

- Student/ Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed - Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University
- Student/ Nader Ayman Shehata - a graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University
- Abdel Rahman Ahmed Hamid Mohamed - Graduated from the Faculty of Arts, Menoufia University
- Mr. Amr Essam Kamel - an employee at the university
