A workshop at the Faculty of Girls under the title of "The Fundamentals for preparing promotion research in the educational field"

The Faculty of Girls for Arts, Sciences and Education, Ain Shams University, under the auspices of Prof. Amira Youssef, Dean of the faculty, Ain Shams University, and Prof. Hanan El Shaer, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, organized a workshop entitled "Fundamentals of Preparing Promotion Research in the Educational Field", in the Conference Hall at the faculty, which was broadcast via the Zoom application, as part of a series of seminars and workshops offered by the scientific publishing unit of the faculty, which was attended by a large number of faculty members, researchers and postgraduate students from several Egyptian and Arab universities.

The workshop was moderated by Prof. Hala Maghawry, Head of the Department of Fundamentals of Education, Faculty of Girls, Ain Shams University.

   
   

The workshop was presented by Prof. Suzan Muhammad Al-Mahdi, Professor of Educational Administration at the Department of Fundamentals of Education in the Faculty, and a member of the Permanent Scientific Committee for the Promotion of Professors and Assistant Professors, and Prof. Nahla Sayed Hassan Abu Aliwa - Professor and Head of the Department of Comparative Education and Educational Administration at the Faculty of Education - Helwan University, and a member of the committee Permanent Scientific for the promotion of professors and assistant professors.

The workshop dealt with many important topics, and the most important topics dealt with by Prof. Suzan Muhammad Al-Mahdi in her participation, defining the most important specifications of advanced research for promotion, and the elements of its evaluation, with an explanation of the most common mistakes in educational research.

Then, Prof. Nahla Sayed Hassan Abu Aliwa presented her participation entitled "The Scientific Research Tree is the basis for preparing distinguished research in the field of education", which was presented in several axes, including social theories and the choice of research methods (a brief look), and research methods in light of the current changes, with a presentation Light on the rules of the fourteenth session of promotion.

At the end of the workshop activities, many questions and inquiries were received from the attending faculty members and researchers in various Egyptian and Arab universities through the Zoom application, and all of them were answered in an interactive scientific atmosphere full of friendliness, respect and appreciation.
