A workshop at the Faculty of Education, in cooperation with the University Awards Office, to introduce the foundations, system, and conditions of awards, as well as the skills and mechanisms for applying for them

Under the auspices of a. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Hazem Rashid, Dean of the Faculty of Education and Prof. Dr. Abdel Nasser Rashad, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies, the College of Education organized a workshop in cooperation with the University Awards Office under the title "Skills and Mechanisms for Applying for University Awards - Pioneering Models", organized and coordinated by Prof. Dr. Aladdin Abdel-Halim, supervisor of the awards office at the university, at the faculty’s headquarters, and in the presence of a number of faculty staff from various departments of the faculty.

         
   
         

Prof. Dr. Alaa El-Din Abdel-Halim Mohamed Faraj began with a speech where explained the establishment of the Awards Office, its importance, its tasks, the means of support it provides to applicants for awards of all kinds, and the efforts exerted by the university in supporting applicants for competition and leadership. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Muhammad Muhammad Al-Baghdadi explained, in his speech, the importance of the readiness of the applicants and not being late in applying for the awards. His Excellency reviewed the arbitration process for the awards and its steps, and the applicant must take into account all the requirements and not be late in applying. His Excellency also reviewed the most important axes that distinguished him for winning the Ain Shams University Appreciation Award in the field of social science.

         
   
         

Dr. Mai Abdel Maqsoud Saleh, winner of the Ain Shams University Encouragement Award in Basic Sciences - the field of advanced technological sciences- explained ways to meet the criteria of the Ain Shams University Encouragement Award, its most important axes, and how to reach excellence and competition.

And in an atmosphere of mutual discussion with the attendees, all questions and inquiries were answered on the topic of the awards and their importance and the importance of collecting all the achievements and readiness for advancement. It was emphasized that the visits from the awards office would be repeated to continue supporting the applicants for the awards in the coming period in order to continue the leadership of the faculty and the university in this important field, to achieve the university's mission of excellence and competition.
