Within the framework of the efforts of the education sector and students at Ain Shams University, headed by Prof. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Sector Affairs, to facilitate banking services for students, a meeting was held between Prof. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Naamani, General Manager of East Cairo Region at Banque Misr, and Mr. Mohamed Salem, Director of Banque Misr Branch at the Faculty of Business.

The two sides discussed ways to expand the base of cooperation between the university and Banque Misr to activate all banking services provided to students for their benefit, relieve the burden on their shoulders, facilitate electronic payment procedures, and use smart cards and other banking services.

For his part, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud Banque Misr's appreciated the efforts to support the national economy since its inception at the hands of Talaat Pasha Harb, and stressed that there is also cooperation in the field of training and providing job opportunities for students according to the specializations required in this great banking edifice.

Dr. Ahmed Naamani confirmed that the Banque Misr Foundation is proud of its cooperation with a prestigious university such as Ain Shams University, praising the excellence of the university’s students and graduates and the care and attention they receive, which reflects on their academic level and makes them indispensable competencies in the local and international labor market.
