In continuation of the (See by Yourself) campaign launched by the Armed Forces to introduce Egyptian university students to giant development projects, the leadership of the Popular and Military Defense Forces, in cooperation with Ain Shams University, continued to organize field visits for university students to a number of giant development projects.
This is within the framework of the General Command of the Armed Forces keenness to build bridges of communication with Egyptian university students to raise the spirit of loyalty and belonging among students, and the keenness of Ain Shams University to raise the cultural and scientific level and educate its students in various fields of knowledge.
The visit is organized by the Command of the Popular and Military Defense Forces, led by Major General Walid Hamed Al-Hamaki, Commander of the Forces, and under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, and Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Colonel Staff Officer. Ahmed Fahmy, Director of the Military Education Department at Ain Shams University, and the presence of Colonel Tariq El-Shimi, Deputy Director of the Military Education Department at the university, Mr. Amr Essam, Coordinator of the Department, and Mr. Mohamed Khamis, Department of Military Education at the university.
The visit included the Egyptian National Company for Development and Industrial Development in Rubiki, which includes 9 factories, 6 of which have been completed in the first phase, and 3 others in the second phase.
The National Development Company represents a free zone that serves new sectors such as textiles, the metal and wooden furniture sector, and the protective equipment sector for the security services in the army and police.
Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education Affairs, praised the unprecedented achievements witnessed by the Egyptian state.
He expressed his happiness with the campaign organized by the armed forces under the title "See by Yourself", stressing that the armed forces are always the state's locomotive for development, adding that the city of Al-Rubaiky is one of the most important specialized industrial cities designed according to the latest international standards and one of the most important national projects achieved by the state.
