Sponsored by Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Ain Shams University, headed by Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, Prof. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environment Affairs, hosted the finalists for the Egypt Summit Competition for Community Investment Projects, which is organized by the Innovators and Talents Support Fund in partnership with Hult Prize, under the supervision of Prof. Diaa Khalil, Executive Director of the Innovators' Welfare Fund at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, on Saturday, March 9, in the building of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Ain Shams University (ASU - iHub), in order to achieve the vision of the National Strategy for Higher Education and Scientific Research 2030 on the ecosystem of entrepreneurship and support for investment in young minds in the education community.
The qualifiers include the competition of 11 projects from 10 Egyptian universities to obtain support from the Innovators Support Fund of the Ministry of Higher Education, in partnership with Hult Prize.
It is noteworthy that the Hult Prize is a student competition open to university students from all over the world, in which participating teams compete to launch projects and build new social institutions aimed at handling a difficult social challenges.
