After its renovation...the opening of "Prof. Mahmoud Ouda's Theater" at Ain Shams University by a distinguished artistic ceremony

With a diverse ceremony that confirms the leadership of Ain Shams University and that it sponsors creativity and excellence in its various forms, Sabah, Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs Ain Shams University Theater "Professor Mahmoud Odeh Theater" after its renovation in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Tamer Rady, Advisor to the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Captain Anwar Al-Kamouny, founder of the Global Hope Givers Campaign, Prof. Reem Al-Kabariti, Director of the University's Alumni Association, and Prof. Yasser Mujahid, Director of the Engineering Consultation Center at the University, and Prof. Hatem Rabih, the leader of the Students for Egypt family, Mrs. Reham Al-Atifi, who is running the business of the Secretary of the Education and Student Affairs Sector, and Mr. Ibrahim Saeed, Acting Assistant Secretary of the Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Sector and Director of the Office of the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Mr. Tariq Ahmed, Acting Director General of University Youth Welfare, and a group of directors of youth welfare departments, university employees and students, Where the “Professor Mahmoud Odeh” theater was reopened after it was renovated, raised its efficiency, and provided with the latest fire alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and the latest sound and lighting technologies, in addition to providing the theater with a huge display screen, to be the fifth theater at Ain Shams University after the Talaat Harb theater at the Faculty of Specific Education and the theater of the Faculty of Education, the theater of the Faculty of Girls, and the Al-Mahlawy amphitheater in the Faculty of Medicine, which have been developed and provided with the latest control, sound and lighting systems.

         
   
         

The students of the university teams excelled in presenting a diverse party, starting with a song for Egypt, then the audience enjoyed the performances of the folk arts team led by Prof. Hassan Shehata, where he presented the show "Ain Shams is History", which was presented by the team in pharaonic costumes. The show tells the history of Ain Shams University and a number of symbols and celebrities who graduated from it throughout the ages.

         
   
         

Then the folklore team presented the performance of the loader, the winner of the second place in the 11th Creativity Festival, which was re-presented at the closing ceremony of the 11th Creativity Festival. It is worth mentioning that the accessories of the show were designed and implemented by students of artistic activity, and the music of the show was composed by Maestro Mahmoud Waheed and Maestro Mahmoud Sami.

This was followed by Choir Oun, led by Maestro Mahmoud Saber, who presented a distinguished cast of youth songs that called for hope, optimism, determination and persistence. The ceremony concluded with an Arabic Harmony Choir led by Maestro Mahmoud Waheed, by presenting a clip from the song “Procession of Mummies” with a distinguished operatic performance, to confirm that the ancient Ain Shams University sponsors creativity and artistic excellence in various forms.

         
   
         

The young artist Walid Abdel-Ghany, who graduated from the Faculty of Business of Ain Shams, participated in the ceremony, and participated in a number of theatrical works that were held on the stage of Odeh Theater during his studies at the university. He was credited with honing his talent.

He expressed his great happiness with the development witnessed by the theater comparable to major theaters, pointing to the role of the university theater in graduating brilliant artistic talents, praising the development witnessed by Ain Shams University in terms of supporting and developing the talents of male and female students in all fields.
