The Minister of Higher Education checks on the work of the main coordination office at Ain Shams University

Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, this morning, Saturday, at the headquarters of the main coordination office at Ain Shams University; To ensure the regularity of its workflow and its readiness to receive students and parents, in conjunction with the start of the work of the first stage to coordinate admission to public universities and institutes for students who obtained the Egyptian General Secondary Certificate 2023.

Dr. Adel Abdel Ghaffar, the media advisor and official spokesperson for the ministry, said that the visit included inspecting the halls designated for managing the coordination office and receiving students, to ensure that all necessary capabilities are provided for the appearance of the coordination office in an appropriate manner and for the performance of its assigned work, in the interest of the workers and frequent students, stressing the need Facilitating students and parents, and meeting all students' wishes in accordance with the rules governing this.

         
   
         

The spokesperson added that the minister met with a number of administrators working in the coordination office, and was briefed on all the services provided to students, stressing the importance of the role they play throughout the coordination period in its various stages.

Also, Dr. Ayman Ashour told some of the parents and students who were present in the coordination office, and the minister reassured that they would receive adequate assistance from the administrators working in the coordination office, and wished the students success and success.

   
   

Dr. Ayman Ashour reassured the regular work of the electronic system for coordination work, praising the efforts made by those in charge of the coordination office, stressing the need to pay attention to answering all questions of students and parents, providing assistance and facilitating all procedures before them, in addition to carefully reviewing all papers received from students in preparation for completing their enrollment Egyptian colleges and institutes at various stages of coordination.

Prof. El-Sayed Atta, the supervisor of the Admission Coordination Office for Government Universities and Institutes, stated that the Admission Coordination Office for Universities and Institutes began its work this year by organizing capacity tests for students wishing to enroll in some colleges for which admission is required to pass capacity tests, which lasted until August 3, while the first stage began to accept students with high school diploma 2023, starting today, Saturday, August 5, and continuing until Wednesday, corresponding to August 9, where students can apply through the coordination website www.tansik.digital.gov.eg

   
   

During the inspection tour, the minister was accompanied by Dr. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. El-Sayed Atta, Head of the Education Sector and Supervisor of the Admission Coordination Office in Government Universities and Institutes, and Dr. Adel Abdel Ghaffar, media advisor and official spokesperson for the ministry, and Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabbagh, Advisor to the Minister for Technical and Technological Education, and Prof. Sayed Savory, Director of the Coordination Office, and a group of officials from the Admission Coordination Office at public universities and institutes.
