The 2nd of April… The candidacy has begun to choose the representative of Ain Shams University in the Board of Directors of the Fund for Improving

Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, issued Decision No. 267 on 3/22/2023 regarding the formation of a committee to manage the electoral process to select a representative of Ain Shams University in the membership of the Board of Directors of the Fund for Improving the Conditions of Employees in Public Universities other than faculty staff, under the chairmanship of Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

According to the following candidacy conditions:

- To be a member of the Fund in accordance with Article No. 4 of the Fund's financial regulations.

- The candidate should not have been subjected to disciplinary sanctions or penalties during the last 5 years.

- The candidate shall attend al meetings, regardless of their timing or place.

The required documents for candidacy:

1- The approval of the employer.

2- An approved employment status statement

3- A legal statement that no disciplinary punishment has been imposed within 5 years and that no referral has been made for investigation or a disciplinary board.

4- Applications for candidacy are received at the headquarters of the General Administration of human resources affairs with the required documents, and inventory lists are prepared for presentation to the committee immediately after the nomination door is closed.

The committee declared that:

1- The candidacy will be open for a week, from 4/2/2023 to 4/6/2023.

2- Announcing the preliminary lists on 4/9/2023.

3 - Receiving appeals for a period of three working days from 10/4/2023 to 12/4/2023.

4- Announcing the final lists on 4/13/2023.

5- Announcing the election date on Monday, 4/17/2023

6- Approval of the result by the General Elections Committee and announcing the university’s elected representative.
