Based on the vision of the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University in developing and encouraging scientific research, and the belief of the Kemit Center for International Arbitration in the importance of spreading the culture of arbitration as a method for resolving disputes, which would encourage local and foreign investment, the Arbitration Center at the Faculty of Law, Ain Shams University announces CAFLAU competition headed by Prof. Mohamed Safi The Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Hatem Abdel Rahman, Director of the Center, announced the launch of the international competition in the field of arbitration research in its first session.
The competition includes two levels, the first level is for arbitration experts, and the topic of the competition in this level is "Climate Change and Arbitration".
The second level is for young arbitrators (where the age of the applicant is required to not exceed thirty years), and the topic of the competition at this level is “conflict of interest in the arbitration process.”
Noting that the deadline for applying for the competition is three months from the date of its announcement.
