Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, received Sheikh Dr. Ammar bin Nasser Al-Mualla, Education and Technology Sciences Attaché for the UAE in Cairo, where he congratulated the University President on his assumption of the position. The conditions of Emirati students studying in the various faculties of Ain Shams University at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels were discussed, in the presence of Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Shahira Samir, Executive Director of the International Relations and Academic Collaboration Sector, Prof. Iman Al Hosani, Technical Attaché at the UAE Education and Technology Sciences Mission in Cairo, and Dr. Tamer Amr, Director of Graduate Studies and Professional Certificates Programs - General Administration Center of the Central Organization for Organization and Administration.
During the meeting, the President of Ain Shams University stressed the depth and strength of the relations between Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, at all levels.
Prof. Mohamed Diaa confirmed that the senior administration of Ain Shams University spares no effort in providing all aspects of support and overcoming all obstacles that may face foreign students at the university, pointing to the role of the university’s expatriate administration in this regard.
For his part, Sheikh Dr. Ammar bin Nasser Al-Mualla, UAE Education and Technology Sciences Attaché in Cairo expressed his pride in the educational and academic level and the distinguished reputation enjoyed by Ain Shams University. He also expressed his sincere appreciation to the university administration for its efforts to support the Emirati students studying there and provide all aspects of care and various services during their studies in the various faculties of the university.
