April 8, "Egyptian-African relations: the past, present and the future" A seminar in the Faculty of Al-Alsun

The Department of African Languages at the Department of African Languages at the Faculty of Al-Alsun organizes a seminar entitled "Egyptian-African Relations: Past, Present and Future" under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Abdul Wahab Ezzat, President of the University and Prof. Dr. Mona Fouad, Dean of the Faculty.

Mr. Mohamed Faeq, chairman of the National Council for Human Rights and former Minister of Information and architect of Egyptian politics in Africa after the 1952 revolution, talks about Egypt's historical relations with African countries. Dr. Mohamed Nofal, Dean of the Faculty of Higher African Studies, Cairo University, talks about scientific cooperation between Egypt and the countries of the continent. Dr. Diaa Rashwan, President of the State Information Service, speaks about the Information Authority and what is presented to Egypt internally and externally, especially with the countries of the continent. Ambassador Mohamed Nasr El Din, President of the African Association in Cairo, also talks about the political and economic gatherings in Africa that Egypt is participating in the seminar. It will be at 11:00 am on Monday, 8 April at the Faculty Conference Hall. Dr. Mohamed Khoukhah, Head of African Languages Department at the Faculty, stated this.

He explained that the seminar comes within the framework of a series of seminars launched by the Division throughout the academic year on the Egyptian presidency of the African Union 2019. It aims to introduce students to the historical role played by Egypt towards its African sisters in various fields, in the presence of the Egyptian ambassadors who worked on the African continent, Egyptian universities, and heads of African communities, research centers and scientific journals interested in African affairs.
