Next Wednesday, Ain Shams University will celebrate the anniversary of the Prophet’s birth with a symposium on “The Prophet of Mercy”

The Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs Sector, the Education and Student Affairs Sector, and the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University, are organizing a symposium entitled “The Prophet of Mercy” to celebrate the anniversary of the Prophet’s birth, within the framework of the university’s cultural season, under the patronage of Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of the University and Vice President for University Affairs. Society and Environment, and Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs.

The symposium will be chaired by Prof. Salwa Rashad. - Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun. During the symposium, the university’s guest will be Sheikh Al-Jalil Ali Fakhr, Head of the Sharia Sector at the Egyptian Fatwa House and Director of the Oral Fatwa Department. The symposium will be moderated by media personality Alaa Bassiouni.

The symposium will be accompanied by a segment of religious chanting, under the supervision of Prof. Ahmed Salem - Professor of Violin, at the Department of Music Education, at the Faculty of Specific Education.

The symposium was coordinated by Prof. Jihan Rajab, Advisor to the Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs. Under the administrative supervision of Major General Hossam El-Sherbiny, Assistant Secretary-General of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs. With the participation of students from the University’s Military Education Department. This will be on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 12 noon, in the Grand Celebration Hall of the Faculty of Pharmacy.
