The Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University continues its procedures to organize mid-term exams for the academic year 2023/2024 for students of the licentiate stage, which began on January 9, divided into two periods per day. Exams are organized throughout the week until the twenty-fourth of this month for students of the semester system, and the credit hour system, amid intensive measures to ensure the safety of students and provide an appropriate environment for student comfort, under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa, President of the University, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, and Under the supervision of Prof. Nasser Abdel-Al, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, in cooperation with various departments and units of the Faculty, led by the Measurement and Evaluation Unit, the Information Technology Unit, the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit, and the Medical Center and Civil Defense and Security Department at the Faculty.
Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, explained that 122 committees have been allocated, with the capacity of each committee being (22) students and a total number of (12 thousand) male and female students.
During the tour conducted by Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, in the corridors, sides, and halls of the Faculty to inspect the progress of the examination process by the rules stipulated by the Supreme Council of Universities and the Council of Ain Shams University, and she affirmed the stability of the committees and the presence of the faculty staff and teaching assistants to organize the examination process in cooperation with the invigilators and medical staff, each in their place. She confirmed that the faculty had taken all necessary measures to ensure the provision of a calm atmosphere that would help students take the examinations.
