The ASU Career Center at Ain Shams University organizes an introductory session entitled Amazon Spotlight Event

The ASU Career Center at Ain Shams University organized an introductory session entitled Amazon Spotlight Event, in cooperation with Amazon, on Thursday, March 7, 2024, under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs. Under the supervision of Prof. Nevin Assem, CEO of the sector, and Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Director of the University’s ASU Career Center, 79 students from the Faculty of Business, the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, and the Faculty of Engineering participated in the session. This session aims to disseminate visions, current job opportunities, and training programs available to students and University graduates from Amazon.

The session emphasized the many ways in which students can benefit from these opportunities, as they provide practical experience, career guidance, and the opportunity to work on innovative projects. The ASU Career Center, in cooperation with Amazon, highlighted their commitment to nurturing talent and enabling students to develop essential skills, which will pave the way for a successful career in this industry.

Through the aspect of learning through experience, the ASU Career Center works to develop the capabilities and skills of our university students in a practical way that enables them to learn about the requirements of the labor market and keep up with them through various activities, most notably introductory sessions represented by cadres in the industry, which enable them to gain insights into various fields of work and jobs.
