Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zein El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Hanan Kamel, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, under the supervision of Prof. Hanan Salem, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts for Community Service and Environmental Development, held a Creativity Day for the disabled People in the Faculty of Arts.
This wonderful day witnessed a distinguished presence of students with creative abilities in various sports, artistic and academic fields, and the celebration was distinguished by the presence of prominent figures in academic and civil society.
The Creativity Day included several cultural and artistic events, where a violinist of people of determination in the Egyptian Opera was honored, and the audience praised the precision and sweetness of her playing. A summary of the course of success and the difficulties that were overcome, thanks to God, and the determination and determination to succeed and move towards the future, was also presented.
Also, Prof. Hanan Salem delivered a speech to those with special needs to motivate and encourage them to exert more effort and creativity, and she expressed her great happiness at the determination, success, and determination she saw to continue success, especially since many of them faced all the challenges until they realized their dream. Some of them obtained doctorates, and some of them won awards and medals in all activities at the regional and international levels.
The ceremony witnessed the honoring of two of those who obtained doctorates with first-class honors, and the honoring of the first female bow athlete in the Arab world and Africa who were people of determination, in addition to honoring the faculties’ students with abilities who won international awards.
Prof. Shadia Kenawy, Professor of Sociology at the Faculty of Arts, expressed the interest of leaders in supporting people with abilities and providing everything that helps them achieve their goals in all fields. She praised the efforts of children with abilities and their tireless efforts to continue achieving more successes in all areas of thought and creativity.
Whereas, Dr. Sally Mahmoud Sami, Director of the Differently Abled Unit at the Faculty of Arts, expressed her great happiness with the great effort her children with abilities have achieved, and the determination to confront and continue to achieve successes in all areas of life. She praised the role played by the university and college leaders, especially towards our children with abilities, facilitating all difficulties and providing them with full technical and cultural support and scientific trips.
The creativity Day for the disabled People at the Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University is a wonderful occasion that highlights the talents and creativity of differently abled students and encourages them to continue to excel and shine in their various fields.
