For the first time, the Faculty of Al-Alsun honors the ideal employee through a competition

The Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Ain Shams University, organized a ceremony honoring the ideal employee, under the patronage of Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, and supervised by Prof. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development.

During her opening speech, Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, said that the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the Faculty is keen to organize a new competition to honor distinguished members of the administrative staff in the Faculty according to a set of fixed rules and standards that are developed by a specialized committee to determine the suitability of nominating administrators for the Ideal Employee Award, and the most important of these standards is the number of training courses that the employee received during his work trip, she continued her speech by stressing that the honor comes with the aim of instilling a spirit of competition among administrators and creating a new generation of administrators who are consistent with the development processes taking place in the educational process and the faculty obtaining institutional accreditation and approving its educational programs, stressing that the administrative body is one of the sides of the educational process through which the university community is modernized, and develop it in accordance with the highest international standards aimed at achieving educational excellence.

         
   
         
         
   
         

Prof. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, mentioned that the administrative body is today witnessing a comprehensive development process by providing training appropriate to the requirements of the administrative process that contribute to the development of the educational process in accordance with the highest quality standards. Emphasizing that training courses are continuing for the administrative body to enable members of the administrative body to use all the skills required to serve the educational process.

In conclusion, Prof. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, handed over shields of appreciation to a number of members of the administrative body who received the Ideal Employee Award.
