The Career Center at Ain Shams University organized a technical session with Injaz Company on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, within the framework of developing young people’s skills and preparing them for the labor market in several industries, under the patronagatof Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zein Al-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for community service and environmental development affairs, and under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Director of the University’s Employment Center affiliated with the Innovation and Training Sector, today’s activities mainly targeted students of the Faculty of Business and Engineering.

This session aims to develop the skills of young people and work on their readiness for the labor market by guiding them and giving them professional guidance by providing participatory learning opportunities in the field of financial culture, readiness for work and entrepreneurship, which has a positive and effective impact on the ability of young people to achieve their economic growth and contribute to strengthening and building the national economy. The objectives were centered around:

- Introduction to project management

- How to start the project

- Strategic planning of the project

- Project implementation and quality management

Through the aspect of learning through experience, the center works to develop the capabilities and skills of our university students in a practical way that enables them to recognize the requirements of the labor market and keep up with them through various activities, most notably technical sessions represented by cadres in the industry, which enable them to gain insights into various fields of work and jobs.
