Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, the university’s theatrical acting team achieved first place in the world at the International Festival of University Theater in Casablanca in its 36th session in the Kingdom of Morocco, with the theatrical show Negative Zero, written by Mostafa Talaat, conceived and directed by Islam Khaled, under the supervision General Professor Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs.

The committee announced that the theatrical show Negative Zero won the grand prize, crowning the university’s acting team and taking first place in the world. The university won the award for best scenography for Muhammad Zaki, and the award for best male acting shared equally between student Muhammad Tawfiq and student Shaher Abdel Qader.

The preparation and implementation of the theatrical show “Negative Zero” was carried out under the supervision of Ms. Asmaa Ali Khater, Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, Mr. Mustafa Issa, Director of the Artistic Activity Department, and Mr. Ahmed Adel, the Artistic Activity Supervisor.
