Under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and the supervision of the Education and Students Sector, the General Administration of Education and Students Affairs, the activities of the first day of electronic tertiary work for the new academic year 2024-2025 in various laboratories of Ain Shams University, concluded.
Where (1500) male and female students with high school diplomas flocked to the various laboratories of Ain Shams University, which number 14 computer laboratories equipped with 330 computers, in the Faculties of Computer and Information Sciences and Arts inside the university campus in Abbassia, the Faculty of Agriculture in Shubra El-Kheima, the Faculty of Girls in Heliopolis, and the Faculty of Engineering in Abdo Pasha in Abbassia, in addition to the laboratories for students with special needs in the Faculties of Arts and Computer and Information Sciences, which received about 1000 students.
Where high school students were received to conduct the tertiary process during the periods specified by the Ministry of Higher Education from nine in the morning until three in the afternoon.
Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, directed full preparation for the success of the university's tertiary labs, to receive high school students and their parents; to register their preferences electronically, and provide the necessary facilities and required services.
His Excellency explained that the labs are fully prepared and equipped to receive students wishing to register, as they include modern computers, and there are specialized employees to provide sufficient information to students and parents, in addition to trained technicians to solve any problem that may arise, whether in computers or the Internet, while directing the workers to receive students and their companions well.
The university administration has provided everything necessary to complete the process of registering desires electronically with ease, accuracy and simplicity, through a team of qualified and trained administrators to carry out coordination work, in addition to providing all the tools that help perform the service with the required quality. The tertiary work for the first phase is scheduled to continue until Friday, August 16.
