Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty of Girls for Arts, Sciences and Education, signed on Monday, August 12, 2024, a joint cooperation agreement between the Faculty and the Egyptian Japanese Schools Unit in Cairo Governorate.
The agreement aims to provide purposeful educational services actually, including training courses provided by the Faculty to raise the professional competence of lecturers, spread the culture of the new education system, and provide technical and professional support to workers in Al-Wahda schools.
The agreement also aims to train female students of the Faculty on Tokkatsu activities by implementing a practical education program within Japanese schools to raise the professional competence of female undergraduate students of first stage and male and female students of the General Diploma in Education, and to train them to teach various subjects according to the new education system, and to provide them with job opportunities in the future according to the rules approved in this regard.
The signing of the agreement was witnessed by Prof. Asmaa Zaazaa, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Heba Barakat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Faiza Al-Husseini, Head of the Department of Curricula and Teaching Methods, Prof. Mohamed Farid, Director of the Quality Unit at the Faculty, Prof. Asst. Dr. Rasha Ibrahim, Director of the Center for Studies, Research and Integrated Services, and Prof. Asst. Dr. Nanis Salah, Director of the Practical Education Unit.
The signing of the agreement was also attended by the school principals: Mrs. Dina Samir Abdel Aziz (Director of New Cairo), Mrs. Ragaa Zaghloul (Director of Zahraa Nasr City), Mr. Gamil Seif El-Din (Director of Shorouk 1), Mohamed Mohsen (Deputy Director of Shorouk 2), Iman Samir Abdel Aziz (Director of Al-Mustaqbal), and Mrs. Asmaa Mustafa, Media Officer of the Unit
