Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty of Girls, Prof. Asmaa Zaazaa, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Education and Student Affairs, the Education and Student Affairs Sector at the Faculty of Girls organized an introductory forum for new students over two days, September 8-9, 2024.

This came in cooperation with the Crisis and Disaster Management Unit and the Emergency Committee, headed by Prof. Asst. Dr. Fatima Al-Zahraa Anwar, Dr. Nashwa Qutb, in cooperation with the Youth Welfare Department, headed by Mrs. Ghada Moussa, and supervised by Prof. Fayrouz Hassan, Student Activities Officer and Family Officer for Egypt at the Faculty, and in cooperation with the Security and Civil Defense Unit.

During the activities of the first day, Prof. Asmaa Zaazaa, the faculty's vice dean for education and student affairs, welcomed the new students to all the faculty's departments. Her Excellency conducted a free tour of all the faculty's departments and followed up on the introductory day for each department, where each department received new students and high school graduates and answered all the students' questions. An explanation was provided of the method of applying for each program, the conditions and importance of the programs and their relationship to the labor market, and that all procedures will be clarified on the media forum page of the Faculty of Girls, at Ain Shams University.

The Faculty's Vice Dean also spoke with parents during the tour and answered all their inquiries and reassured them, wishing success and prosperity to all the students.
