The President of Ain Shams University stated in his interview with journalist Ibrahim El-Deeb, Editor-in-Chief of the "Sada El-Balad Universities" website About: the map of the new academic year 2025 and his opinion on private universities and international classifications, as well as his vision for the strategy of higher education and scientific research in Egypt, as well as the competition of the tributaries of the new Egyptian universities among themselves:

- We received more than 60 thousand new students and are committed to the decisions of the Supreme Council of Universities for the new academic year.

- The canceling of some theoretical specializations opens a good door for technological education.

- Private universities open the competition and the educational tributaries provided to students must be diversified.

- Classifications are not a fair standard for evaluating Egyptian universities.

- The national strategy for higher education and scientific research has begun to bear fruit.
