In fulfillment of the role of the faculty of Law as a house of expertise in serving the nation, and in its desire to shed light on this important scientific matter related to the backbone of the national economy, and to present a comprehensive legal vision related to it, the Faculty of Law, at Ain Shams University.

Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Sayed Abdel Khaleq, former Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Head of the Legal Studies Sector at the Supreme Council of Universities, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Acting Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs.

The Faculty of Law, headed by Prof. Muhammad Safi, Dean of the Faculty and President of the Conference, is holding the annual scientific conference of the Faculty entitled “Drafting Contracts and Agreements and Their Effects on Arbitration”, which is scheduled to be held on May 3-4, 2025 at the Faculty of Law.

The conference discusses several axes

Axis Two: Provisions for drafting international agreements and treaties

Axis Three: Effects of drafting contracts and agreements on arbitration

Axis Four: Effects of drafting settlement agreements and their controls

Axis Five: Drafting contracts and problems arising from management rights

Axis Six: Drafting contracts and rights and obligations of the investor
