Ain Shams University's theatrical acting team arrives in Tangier, Morocco to participate in the 17th session of the International University Theater Festival

Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, the university's theatrical acting team participates in the 17th session of the International University Theater Festival in Tangier, Morocco.

Participation in the opening, which was held at the Ahmed Bakmakh Cultural Center in Tangier, was attended by the Secretary of the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Governorate, the Advisor to the Moroccan Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Prof. President of Abdelmalek Essaadi University. Armenia, France, Cameroon, Morocco, Tunisia, Oman, and Egypt are participating in this session.

         
   
         

Ain Shams University team presents the play “It Happened by Chance Somewhere” based on the play “The Case of Anwaf” written by Marusha Pilata, prepared and executed by Ahmed El Gohary, scenography by Mohamed Zaki, and directed by Khaled Manshi. The play will be presented at Beckett Theater on Tuesday, October 29.

A delegation from Ain Shams University headed by Prof. Hatem Rabie, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts for Graduate Studies and Research, arrived last Thursday, where preparations and arrangements for participation in the festival began under the general supervision of the Education and Students Sector, the General Administration for Youth Welfare Office, and the Artistic Activity Administration.
